As a directory of public interest, we process professional data found in public registries, protected by Article 10 of Decree 1377 of 2013, which waives the requirement for prior authorization for public-source data. We strictly adhere to Law 1581 of 2012 (Habeas Data) to ensure every professional's right to truthful and updated information.
Claims Protocol
Step 1: Verification
Request must be sent from a professional/clinic email or include a scan of the Tarjeta Profesional.
Step 2: Submission
Use the form below to specify which data points (Registry #, Affiliations, Contact Info) need updating.
Step 3: Resolution
In accordance with Colombian law, updates are processed within 15 business days.
